Default Phase 1 favorites - what's on your menu?

It's the time of year when we see new faces around here and those of us who have been here awhile find our way back to cleaner eating. There are a lot of great recipes here but I know I forget some of the old favorites. So let's share!

What are your favorites? If you can add a link that would be even better

Kalyn's soups work for me

Of course creamy Mexican Caserole and Wendy's Chili from the recipe boards are two of my favorite go to meals

I love the Savory bean and spinach soup. It's so easy. Just leave out the rice.

Just a few favorites around here: Stewed lentils, sausage and kale mock lasagna with extra veggies, buffalo ranch roasted chickpeas (have to have snacks!), hummus of all kinds, this black bean soup, and Kalyn's cauliflower crust pizza, Mexican baked eggs, and spicy seafood stew just for starters

I really like the bean muffins that were created by pearshape and are in the breakfast tab for a change from eggs for breakfast.

The taco bake is a fave for dinner. Also fireside white bean soup I think it is called. A lot of times tho I will just make simple things that aren't even listed such as:

Steamed spaghetti squash w marinara & 97% lean beef browned & added

Baked fish w lemon & herbs

Roasted chicken w skin removed

A lot of times the first couple days when I start back I don't have as much energy to execute a full-on recipe so I'll make a most basic thing first.

My favourite meal is meat balls (homemade, no bread crumbs) in nsa marinara with fresh parmeasan served with a caesar salad.

This time of year though, I can help but reach for chili, whether veggie or meaty.. all are delish and warming.

I love sauteed zucchini and onions with meatballs or LF turkey italian sausage on top and NSA marinara or bolognese sauce over it all...I am at the point where I love it so much I don't even crave pasta anymore while the family is eating it.

also love turkey chili or turkey tacos in lettuce leaves, plenty of hot sauce will help with my cravings!!

It's a tomato sauce with no salt added.
