Current weight/goal: I dieted from a size 24 to a size 4/6. Now I'm back to a 12 and I'm not happy about that. I think a perfect size 10 is something I can maintain so that's my current goal.

Weight loss challenges: I'm a serious binge eater, always have been. It gets better and then it flares again, often around emotional stuff.

Favorite Exercise: Does sleep count? Probably squats and skaters. Also using the elliptical!
Weight loss challenges: I'm incredibly lazy, although my husband claims that I'm not. Also, I have horrible eating habits despite trying to eat healthier. My cravings are still out of control and I've been working for years to fix them. I finally got ice cream out of the way though!!


Tent or spa: Tent! Although that one time I got a massage was a lifesaver...
Ocean or mountains: Mountains for sure. I'm a New Englander through and through.

Reasons for losing weight: I want to fell good in my body again and stop neglecting myself...simple as that. I've always loved to exercise and kept in shape, but when it came time to start preparing for uni, I started putting everything on hold, sitting my reer of everyday drawing and studying to pass the exams, and working double shifts in the summer to get more money...it started getting worse and worse, being a hotel waitress, I always had loads to eat and so I came to this point..where something had to change.
Favorite Exercise: Give me a gym, a dance studio or a pool and I'm set,
Weight loss challenges: When I start eating something I love, there's no stopping me. I get full really fast but I go on and on because the food is just so damn good. And I'm also really lazy and get distracted easily, and when there is work to do I always make excuses for myself (Oh, I have to work today, I'll exercise tommorow or Oh, I ate chocolate today, better start my diet tomorrow).. and it's worsening.

Reasons for wanting to lose weight: health, my mother has been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I never had any trouble staying slim, but inside, I must have been really unhealthy because I always ate garbage, so now I'm trying to eat better and the effects will hopefully be to lose weight!
