I can only speak for myself. I do not weigh anything nor do I count calories. Yes there are "limits and allowances." If memory serves me correctly only two servings of nuts per day. Dairy is two cups (not cheese lol) Check your book
The original and Super Charged are not much different. Super Charge does have exercises, but really no need to buy the new book as the principles are the same. I never joined the official website. The support and the recipe section keep me checking I everyday. Good luck, definitely check out the recipe forum.
