Hello, I am new to the board but not to the south beach diet. So, far I have lost 60 lbs on south beach. I am going back to phase 1 for a week and I found a recipe that I wanted to make sure was phase 1 acceptable...
1 jar ragu homestyle pizza sauce(no added sugar)
1 can diced tomatoes(no added sugar)
96% lean ground beef
hormel turkey pepperoni
3/4 cup 1% milk
2tbsp fat free cream cheese
It looks like all the ingredients are phase 1 but wanted another opinion.
