Default ***Moving Into Fall - SBD September Exercise Challenge***


Autumn arrives in September in the Western Hemisphere.
It's time for cooler days and nights, long walks in the woods, and fall bike rides.
It's also getting close to the winter eating season, the perfect time to get those fitness habits really established.
Whether your goal is exercising for 5 minutes a day a few days a week or completing a triathlon,
if you are a Beacher join us for some accountability, challenge, and cheering.

Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 60 lbs and counting!

I met my time goal for August but not my frequency. This month I'm aiming for another 1200 minutes with 5/7 days week.

1 2.5 miles walking
2 2.7 miles walking

5 22 miles cycling (1.5 hrs)
6 sick day
7 15 miles cycling (1hr)
8, 9, 10, 11 work (that should count lol)
12 monsoon
13 28 miles cycling (1 hr 55 minutes)
14 15 miles cycling (1 hr)
15 22 miles cycling (1.5 hrs)
16, 17, 18 work
19 15 miles cycling (1 hr 5 min)
20 let my excuses win
21 25 miles cycling (1 hr 43 minutes)

23 30 min jogging/ brisk walking
24 30 min cardio treadmill hills, elliptical and stationary bike
25 30 min walk in Texas heat
26
27 15 min brisk walking
28 exhausted!
29 day with sisters
30 ended on a positive 1 hr 40 min cycling (25 miles)

jumping in mid month too! my goal this week is to get in 4 out of 7 days of exercise!! just taking it a week at a time.
