  • Phase 2 (omg... I ate bread...yikes!)

    1 egg + egg white omlette w/ tomatoes & green onions
    Glass of skim milk

    Whole wheat wrap (6") w/ chive cream cheese, carrot slivers, cucumber spears, orange pepper, romaine lettuce
    Diet coke

    Greek yogurt w/ vanilla
    Grapes

    "Pulled" pork w/ franks
    Coleslaw
    Cherry Tomatoes drizzled w/ balsamic and a bit of olive oil

    Celery w/ pb (if munchie in a bit)

    Total Calories 1195 (ok, thats much lower than I thought it was going to be... have to up them somewhere tomorrow.)
  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)... kind of a snacky day

    Greek Yogurt w/ 1/2 a banana
    1 Egg "fried"

    Raw Veggies (carrots, orange pepper & cauliflower) w/ ranch

    Celery stuffed w/ cream cheese (mixed w/ salsa, green chilies and onion)

    Cheese Slices (I know I said I'd stop with the cheese, but I needed the calories, worried Im plateau'd because they are too low)

    Steak (3 oz) w/ nsa steak sauce (very small amount)
    Corn on the cob ( what can I say, summers almost over had to have one)
    Brocolli
    Cherry tomatoes drizzed w/ olive oil and balsamic
    Glass of skim milk

    1 oz peanuts (if munchie later on)

    Total Calories 1383 (Much better )
  • Phase 2 (thats right, more bread... scary)

    ***I was off today, so I slept pretty (or very) late and missed breakfast***

    Half-wich; Whole wheat Bread (1 piece toasted) tomato slices, t.bacon, S&P, chive cream cheese
    Glass of skim milk

    Yogurt w/blueberries

    Stirfry; Shritaki noodles, chicken, brocolli, snow peas, green beans, red peppers, onion, sauce, peanuts
    Glass of skim milk

    Fudgcicle

    Cucumber slices w/ cream cheese (when munchie later on)

    Total Calories 1115 (would have been better if I'd been awake for breakfast)
  • I hope to join you next week, Lindsay! I managed to do 1.5 for a couple days, but it wasn't a pretty planned out menu . How's it going with the bread added in?

    I enjoyed the bread, love & have been missing my toasted tomato sandwich. I actually gained 2 lbs this week (Thursdays are my weigh ins) which was not a fun start to my day. Then TOM showed up, so I figure that was the cause of the gain... not the bread (which is why I didn't change my ticker)

  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Omlette (1egg & 1white) w/ pico de gallo (tomato, onion, jalapeno & cilantro)
    Glass of skim milk

    Veggie soup w/ lentils

    Raw Veggies (carrots, celery, cucumber, cauliflower) w/ ranch
    Greek Yogurt
    Cashews

    Raisins (not really on plan... but I was having a "sweets" TOM craving and there was a box of chocolate bars in front of me at work, staring at me... and amung all that chocolate was a small box of raisins... so I made the best of a bad situation.)

    Garden Salad w/ romaine, onion, chick peas, cucumbers, tangerine pieces & italian dressing
    Glass of skim milk

    Cheese string (if munchie later)

    Total Calories? No idea... but I felt like I ate a TON today!
