Phase 1.5?

  • I notice some of you follow this rule without going full speed into Phase 2. Can someone explain to me how it works?

  • It's our own creation. Many of us use grains so sparingly, but enjoy fruit. I really limit my intake on grains as it effects me more than fruit. I do opt for Steele oats and wraps made from flax seeds. I will indulge in bread at a resteraunt ONLY if it is homemade and warm yum!!
  • I'm the same as Jennifer. I try to stay away from bread b/c it seems to be a HUGE trigger for me. I might have a slice of whole wheat toast w/ cheese w/ my breakfast or something like that, but if I don't watch myself it'll quickly turn into a grilled cheese w/ every single meal, LOL
