I'm the same as Jennifer. I try to stay away from bread b/c it seems to be a HUGE trigger for me. I might have a slice of whole wheat toast w/ cheese w/ my breakfast or something like that, but if I don't watch myself it'll quickly turn into a grilled cheese w/ every single meal, LOL
1st goal - 10% of body weight lost - MET 06/21/10
2nd goal - 100 lbs lost
3rd goal - 180 lbs!!!
