I notice some of you follow this rule without going full speed into Phase 2. Can someone explain to me how it works?

It's our own creation. Many of us use grains so sparingly, but enjoy fruit. I really limit my intake on grains as it effects me more than fruit. I do opt for Steele oats and wraps made from flax seeds. I will indulge in bread at a resteraunt ONLY if it is homemade and warm yum!!

I'm the same as Jennifer. I try to stay away from bread b/c it seems to be a HUGE trigger for me. I might have a slice of whole wheat toast w/ cheese w/ my breakfast or something like that, but if I don't watch myself it'll quickly turn into a grilled cheese w/ every single meal, LOL
