Is there an easy way to change your current weight without having to redo the entire tracker or do you have to redo the entire tracker each time you change the numbers?

Go to User CP, upper left in the purple bar, and select Change Signature. Go into your tracker and change just the current weight in the signature code. Save it an you are done!
