I'm sorry you lost your job and hope something new comes up soon. It's so easy to turn to snacking when you're at home all day. Check out our recipe section for some tasty safe snack ideas for Phase 1 and Phase 2, you'll find plenty of great ideas.

Good luck!

Sorry about your job. I tend to snack a lot so really try to eat veggies for snacks as often as I can. Most afternoons if I'm home I have a big serving of green bean fries. Sometimes I have fruit for snack but I can overeat fruit more easily than I overeat veggies Hummus or laughing cow cheese make good veggie toppers for snacking.

I find that I can easily get a little crazy eating nuts so I try to avoid them. Lately I have been eating a lot of Greek yogurt with some berries and a little truvia/splenda.

DH is a huge fan of the chocolate PB smoothie; check under the recipe section.

Other than that I go for cheese sticks, laughing cow wedges with celery or popcorn every once in a while.
