I'm in!!! Let's hope the weather cooperates this month.

I don't remember 4 32 miles cycling (2 hours) 5. endoscopy 6 2.75 miles walking 7 8 2.9 miles walking 9 2.75 miles walking 10 3 miles walking 11. 12. 2.6 miles walking 13 3.6 miles walking 14 5.06 miles walking (10000 steps GOAL!!!!) 15 work 16 23 miles cycling 2.5 miles walking 17 work (desk duty) 18 3.5 miles walking 19 ? 20 ? 21 ? 22 washed, waxed and detailed to truck that should count for something :) 23 15 miles cycling (1 hour) 24 18 miles cycling (1 hr 10 min) |
I'm in and with Jekel on the weather. It's been challenging to get much exercise in this summer.
Goal: 1493/1000 minutes (secretly hoping for much more) 1 = 30m hike with bees 2 - day off with Benadryl 3 - 4- 5- 6- 7- 90m hike 8- 9- driving day 10-120m walk 11-90m walk 12-98m hike 13 14 15 - 30m walk 16 - 100m kayak, 30m hike 17 18 - 60m mowing, 30m hike 19 = 70m hike 20 21 - 30m walk,some swimming 22 23 - 150m mtn hike 24 - 70m mushroom walk 25 - 150m woods walk 26 27 long work day 28 29 120m hike 30 120m walk, 30m hike 31 - 45m walk |
