**can't say that I had the best weekend, planwise... But its the start of a new week, and I am eating clean**

Pizza omlette (1 egg & 1 egg white) w/ turkey pepperoni, tomatoes, onion, garlic & green onion
Glass of skim milk

Salad w/ romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, tangerine pieces, pine nuts & italiane vinegarette

Roast beef (leftovers)
Brocolli
Green beans
Glass of skim milk

cauliflower w/ ranch (when/if munchie later)

Chicken caesar salad w/ romaine lettuce, tomatoes, zuccini, onion, garlic lovers dressing

Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm
Brocolli (a mountain of it)
Glass of skim milk

Apple slices w/ pb (when munchie later on)
