I just want to say it's still working for me, but loosing b/w 1 and 2.5 lbs a week. This is kind of staying between phase 1 and 2. No bread, just 1/2 yam once or twice a week, and protein, eggs, veggies and a little fruit.
I just lost my job, so I will be adding exercise to my day so it should be better.
The only "snack" I really have is the 40 cal sugar free fudge pop, once a day.
