About 3 years ago I went on SB and lost 26 lbs. My start weight was 194 and I got down to 168, my goal was 140. I was well on my way! Spurred on by my new healthy way of eating I decided to quit smoking. I gained 30 lbs in about 5 months putting back up to 198
But I am a non-smoker now
Since then I have tried every diet under the sun, even returned to SB a few times, but to no avail, well except gaining another 5lbs topping me out at 203! I never in a million years thought I would weigh over 200 lbs., I am only 5'5".
The thing about SB was not just that I lost weight but that I felt great. This is what has brought me back, I don't feel good anymore. So.... here I am back again. I am motivated and excited to be back to SB. I really do believe it is the healthiest way to eat. I am just mad at myself for wasting so much time!
