Didn't see a new exercise thread created so I am starting one up for July if I am wrong please delete if not please join Let's make it a fantastic July

Goal: 1400 minutes

I'm in. One of my goals is to learn how to use the pedometer feature on my watch. I know I do a lot of walking at work most days. Not setting a minute goal this month will work in mileage. I will aim for 200 miles.
