Thanks for all your responses! I think it does need a tweek. I've been doing it @ 4 wks. last week was my first week at new job, so it might and I didn't workout. Started back today with that . Basic Meals:
B- hb eggs (2) and 1 cup cherry tomatoes
s- peanuts @ 15 to 20
L- some kind of veggies, ususally sugar snap peas or a salad, just less than 1 can tuna with 1 (regular) tsp lite mayo and chopped veggies, or ham/turkey and a sf jello
s- lite riccota with sugarless cocoa and splenda (moose) or sf pudding or swiss or cheddar (2 slices)
d- protein (fish or chix), more veggies, followed by a sf fudgical
I might be getting carried away with the sf snacks....I stick to water but I do drink kroger brand flavored water (with spenda) 0 cals but only about 4-6 fl oz day. I do have lite salad dressing on my salads and the mayo in the tuna 2x wk.that's extra fats. plus the cheese...i guess i can't do that.
