Assorted Veggies w/ ranch dip
Scrambled Eggs (2)
Brocolli
Caesar Salad (w/romaine, tomatoes, redonions & Renees Dressing)
Glass of Skim Milk
Glass of wine
Celery w/ pb

I just finished Phase I and have also just added fruit but no grain.
(this is for yesterday)
Breakfast:
Berry and spinach smoothie
Lunch:
Spagetti squash with homemade chunky tomato sauce with onions, yellow peppers and mushrooms, turkey sausage and a little bit of parmesan. (leftovers from Sunday's dinner)
Dinner:
Salad with cucumbers, orange pepper, radishes, avacado and a little bit of feta, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. And a couple hard boiled eggs.

Tomorrow I start P1 veggie style!!!!
Plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs made with canola oil spray
1/4 cup black beans
1 slice provolone cheese
Lunch
Salad made with romaine, carrots, spinach, serving chopped almonds, 1/4 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup Yogurt
Dinner
Tilapia with lemon
California veggie mix

Tuesday:
Breakfast

Today, I ate a mini cupcake. I cheated.
Tomorrow:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs made with canola oil
1 slice provolone cheese
1/3 cup black beans
big handful diced tomatoes
Lunch:
2 cups salad mix with romaine, spinach, carrots, fresh green beans
tilapia fillets from tonight's dinner
6 oz yogurt
Dinner:
Curried green lentils with more tomatoes
Veggie mix from freezer

RiverGirl, I don't think, you should be having a glass of wine and honey dew. I could be wrong, but if u're in Phase 1.5, one thing and one thing only, should be added.

Thanks for the advice, but I usually do 2 servings of fruit a day.... I just havent worked up to the grains which is why I consider myself in phase 1.5
