Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)
Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla, 1/2 banana, a few crushed peanuts
Omlette w/ 2 eggs, ham slics & diced green pepper
Seasoned lean Ground beef, Dices tomatoes, Sliced Jalapenos, Romaine Lettuce, RF Cheddar, Salsa (homemade) and a drizzle of ranch
Glass of skim milk
Cucumbers w/ rf herb and garlic cream cheese (when munchie later)
