I was reading a post here that had a peanut butter cup recipe using the no sugar added fudgicles. I can't get them where I am at the moment, so I tried something else instead. I get the Jello brand no sugar added chocolate pudding, which is sold in the cold section by the yogurt and such, instead. I put into a mug a tablespoon of natural peanut butter (Kraft brand is what i use, it has only peanuts, but you can use any brand that contains just peanuts and salt). I put a half of a sweetener in mine and mix it with the peanut butter just because i didn't find it sweet enough without the sweetener. Then i add the little serving of Jello pudding and mix, mix, mix with my spoon until it's all incorporated well. It is so thick and so rich and delicious. It's mousse-like almost. I would imagine adding some permitted whipped topping would make it even more mousse-like as well, but I haven't done that yet. Give it a try, it's decadent. For me, it doesn't cause cravings. In fact, it's so rich, I don't want another thing to eat afterwards, so it's good for my night time snacking issues. Have fun!
Started out at 405.5 on 7/31/12. Then lost 156 lbs to get down to 249.5 by 7/31/13. In the past year I have put back on over 40 pounds and reached a high of 291.5. But I have recommitted myself and quickly took off ten pounds by 7/31/14. I am now trying to take off the weight I put back on, and then lose the rest of the weight I was originally trying to lose. ‹---- Starting weight / Low weight / Current Weight / Goal Weight
