It's been a week since I've lost ( I don't think that is considered a plateau by any means) ...but still has me curious. I've read a lot of stories about people stalling on week 3 or 4 after phase 1. I am on week 4, I started SB on April 8th and I've lost 10lbs.
So is there any advice you have for me? Or tricks to jump start the weight loss again? I know with any diet in the past, my patience and just sticking with it always pays off eventually. But I'm not feeling very patient today! lol
