Hi ladies. I haven't been posting because I have been way off my healthy eating plan. But, today is a new day...

B: Ronnybrook yogurt drink and coffee with a cup of skim milk
L: vegetarian chili with soy protein and a tablespoon of NF Greek yogurt
S (post work-out): Maybe LC wedge on WW Eng muffin OR apple, walnuts and cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
S: Must eat some kind of smart snack before I meet a friend for an event where there'll be drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres. No excuse for me not to plan!
D: TBD with this friend...again, I need to make smart choices and limit my alcohol intake. (Isn't madness doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?!)

L: black bean soup with 1T lf sour cream; wedge of iceberg with 1T lf bleu cheese and 5 Greek olives
S: apple with 1T natural pb and 1T Greek yogurt with stevia; 1 string cheese
D: 2 slices eggplant topped with tomatoes and LF mozz and garlic powder; can of tuna mixed with 1T lite mayo, 1T Greek yogurt, vinegar, and 1/2 cuke

Exercise: 2.5 mile walk

am - hot water with lemon
green magma juice with chia seeds
breakfast: shake with the usual
lunch: salad with tofu, avocado, bacon bits, parmesan cheese, caesar dressing
in the afternoon at work we are having a party. probably will go off plan.
dinner: will all depend on how I feel after the party.

all day
2-3 cups coffee
water with dark cherry juice
vitamins

exercise: morning qui gong routine. Running around.
