I did NOT make my super-ambitious goal of 6.2 lbs... but I did lose exactly 5 lbs from my high on April 3, so this is a huge step in the right direction. Earned my "10 pounds lost" chick avatar back too!

Mini-goal #5, last one? (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: August 19,2015 (last time took 30 days)
LABOR DAY CHALLENGE: Just stick to IP (Started 4/29) until Labor Day, no weight goal. Start exercising!!!
I lost 4.2 pounds. If and if and if I hadn't relied upon food as my emotional support that last week of April, I think I would have achieved my goal. But, I'm glad I lost weight instead of gaining. :-)
Starting again after regaining 64 pounds.
