I did NOT make my super-ambitious goal of 6.2 lbs... but I did lose exactly 5 lbs from my high on April 3, so this is a huge step in the right direction. Earned my "10 pounds lost" chick avatar back too!
How did everyone else do? I hope the news is good!
Mini-goal #5b (ala Beck Diet Solution): Re-lose 5 of the 10+ pounds gained at end of 2015. Start date: Jan. 19, 2016.
2016 CHALLENGE: Get back on modified IP (Started Apr. 29, 2015, got off track in December) until 25 pounds lost total. Start exercising!!!

I lost 4.2 pounds. If and if and if I hadn't relied upon food as my emotional support that last week of April, I think I would have achieved my goal. But, I'm glad I lost weight instead of gaining. :-)
Starting again after regaining 64 pounds.
