Curry Sauce?!?!?!?

anybody have a phase 1 friendly curry sauce recipe? I have curry powder, and I want tofu tonight with veggies smothered in curry! Is light coconut milk ok?

Light coconut milk is listed as okay on Phase I. Enjoy!!!
