Default What the heck?!? On P1

Hi ladies,

I am hoping for some help/advice as my P1 journey has gotten really weird on me. I started P1 on Thursday last week. Everything going great. Down 5 pounds by Sunday. Monday down again. Tuesday....up 4.5?!?!?!? Wednesday....down 1.

What the heck is going on??? Ideas??? Did this happen to anyone else?

Back on my journey!

Mini-Goal #1: 199 back to onederland
Mini-Goal #2: 193 low 90s
Mini-Goal #3: 185 10% lost
Mini-Goal #4: 178 start point of previous journey
Mini-Goal #5: 172 low 70s
Mini-Goal #6: 169 BMI normal!!!
Mini-Goal #7: 163 low 60s
Mini-Goal #8: 157 GOAL reached (again )

Welcome, daily fluctuations are normal. Try not to discourage yourself by weighing everyday on P1. Some factors which contribute are exercise, water retention, food choices and my favorite hormones! Patience is key. I lost 12 during p1 nothing the first week of P2. My weight loss "pattern" seemed to be I lost every other week. As long as I wasn't gaining I was happy. You do not have much to lose so it may take a little time for your body to adjust. Hang in there.

I agree with Jennifer - lots of fluctuations - TOM, salt, water intake...Don't weigh in every day and if you stick to the plan, you will see results!
