I started Phase 1 2 days ago but am wondering if I could start with Phase 2 if I only want to lose 8-10 lbs. I have a really hard time without any grain at all, causes havoc with my body. I'm thinking of just having a slice of home made whole wheat bread in the morning with no sugar peanut butter and then a piece of fruit during the day. Kind of a Phase 1 with a little Phase 2.
Should I still lose weight? I'd appreciate your thoughts.
