So, My hubby and I are going on a cruise for our 10 year anniversary! We leave on Saturday! SUPER excited! I've lost 12 pounds in the last 30 days which i'm so excited about! but i'm so nervous i'm going to gain it all back! i hope hope hope i have enough restraint! i plan on getting my fitness on on the boat so hopefully that will help too!

Have a great holiday. I am going on holiday soon and my goal is not to put on any weight. One thing I've found is that I try to balance my meals - so if I have a heavier lunch I aim for a lighter dinner or vice versa. Also I do allow myself a glass of wine with dinner but still try and stick with water as I prefer to eat my calories then drink them.

Hi there! Happy 10th!

I cruise regularly (1-2 a year) and while I allow myself to indulge a but, I also exercise a LOT. Last year I lost 2 pounds when I came back! I never felt deprived (even had a slice of pizza, frozen yogurt and french fries) but I ate within reason and was sooo active (we did snorkeling excursions) - we also hit the gym 2-3 x during the trip.

It's so doable to indulge and have fun but not go too crazy! We're doing the chef's table this cruise in April for my MIL's 60th and I am going to indulge in whatever they cook me :)
