Yeah, I use mfp as well- less now than before! But it is very hard to get the calories on p1 which I am assuming you are on? Make sure you do get enough because if you don't eat enough your metabolism will shut down after a bit making it harder to lose weight down the long run. On P1, attempt at least 1200 calories ! Add a teaspoon of oil to your salad, or some nuts. They are calorically dense and you won't feel like you are force-feeding yourself
I generally don't exercise much either on P1 because I feel too drained as it's hard to eat enough.
