Default Phase 1.5

Hi. I am new here. Day 9 phase 1 and wondering what people are referring to as phase 1.5. Thanks

It is not "official," but some of us really limit or avoid grains even in P2 and P3. I see a big difference when I don't eat them or only eat gluten free. For me it is a personal preference. I do enjoy my fruits though and can stay full with no cravings when eating steel oats.
