Breakfast
2 Large Egg
Laughing Cow - Light Garlic and Herb Cheese Wedge, 1 wedge Maxwell Coffee, Davinci - Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1% milkfat,
Sweet 'n Low 1 packet
Homemade tomato juice, 1 serving

Snack
Nutiva - Organic Chia Seeds, 0.75 tbsp
Milk 1% milkfat, 0.75 cup
Roasted Almonds,15

Lunch
Spinach - Raw, 1 1/22 cup
Roma Tomato - 1 Raw Medium, 1/2
Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1/2 cup
Kikkoman - Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Oil - Vegetable, canola, 0.5 tbsp
Lunch Meat - Turkey, Oscar Mayer Smoked Turkey Breast Slice 96% Ff Cucumber - With peel, raw, .25 cup

Dinner
Whole Green Beans, 1 cup
Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1/2 cup
Chicken - Breast, Meat Only, Cooked, Dry Heat, 6 oz
Homemade tomato juice, 1 serving

Snacks
Fudgsicle - Original Fudge Bar - No Sugar Added, 1 Bar

9 glasses of water
most days I do not do coffee but I needed it today.

Hi paydaymom -- I thought I'd responded but I guess I didn't hit submit!

I think this looks really good! How do you feel about it? Are you hungry eating a plan like this? When does that hunger hit?

That is what is freaking me out. I am not hungry! I did end up drinking some skim milk after an hour of playing just dance with my son...not because I was hungry but b/c it was easy and for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to head of hunger from movement..haha I know I am crazy
