  • I guess I have to start a new thread as the old one was closed.

    B: 2 eggs, deli ham, RF cheddar with V8 and coffee
    L: tuna salad lettuce boats
    S: cucumbers and hummus
    S: yogurt with Crystal Light
    D: hamburger with avocado and RF cheddar with smashed cauliflower and side salad
    D: PB Cup
  • B: 2 eggs, deli ham, horseradish cheddar and salsa with coffee
    S: edamame
    L: ham, cucumber, tomato, pickle and cheese on a romaine leaf (ham boat!)
    S: veggies and hummus
    D: Chicken cordon blue and steamed veggies
    D: fudgesicle
  • B: ham and cheese omelette, nibbled veggies while cutting them up
    L: leftover turkey, chopped veggies with hummus
    S: apple
    D: hoppin john!

    L: V8, cheese and ham roll up with pickles on lettuce bed

  • This wasn't an ideal day, as I've been having gallbladder-iindigestion and have been eating very lightly, but I went for a drive today and had an incredible panini sandwich (just ate one slice of the bread). It was a light hummus spread, then vegetables: portabellas, yellow squash, zucchini, 2 strips of red pepper, 2 of green pepper, then what looked to be the equivalent of a thin slice of mozarella on top, melted of course. It was big, so I ate half at lunch and took the other half home for dinner. (Breakfast was yogurt.)

    L: leftover Spaghetti Squash pie

    D: Asian stir fry boats
    D: champagne (hehehehehehe)
