Canned soups, canned chillis, tuna, beans, lentils, brown rice, quinoa, canned fruit in water, almond milk, coconut milk, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes (they last forever!), canned salmon, dark chocolate bars (70% and above is best), Lara bars, nuts (individual packets are best), trail mix, nut butters (almond butter, peanut butter), Ryvita crackers, Whole grain crackers (check ingredients), brown rice crackers, lentil chips, air popped pop corn, sf snacks.
