Phase 1.25, I call it. No grains or fruits, but root veggies okay. These don't set me off...

B: ham, mushoom, and LF cheddar omelette
S: hummus and veggies, cheese stick later if needed
L: moroccan tagine
D: roasted chicken and veggies
D: cashews. (I better measure...)

B: Two egg omelette with edam cheese, yellow pepper and coffee w/ milk
S: Coffee w/ milk
L: Strawberry protein powder, milk and 1 banana smoothie.
S: Green tea (Didn't feel hungry)
D: Probably making some ground turkey burgers with steamed veggies and salad.

Exercise: 1 hour body pump + 1 hour circuit training

Ok, round 2 with a pregnancy. I went to the doctor yesterday to confirm and everything looked really good with the blood hormone levels. Cross your fingers and send some prayers for us.

Still trying to stay as healthy as possible and not go crazy with my so-called cravings.

P3
1: 2 egg frittata muffins, 1/2 banana w/ pb
2: salad w/ lots of veggies, grilled chicken, feta, olive oil and balsamic
3: 4 oz. plain fro-yo with blackberries
4: sweet potato and white bean "burgers" over greens, kale chips and roasted cauliflower with hot sauce
5: apple or grapes
exercise: lifted arms, 35 min. interval treadmill walk

100 lbs. down plus a carrot for every 5 more

B scrambled eggs/egg whites with cheese, roasted broccoli
no snack - just didn't work out today
L - chicken soup with veges in it
S - plain greek yogurt flavored with Truvia, will also probably add some celery & peanut butter
D - black bean soup, rest of the roasted broccoli
S - if I need it, maybe a cheese stick

L: Protein shake (strawberry protein powder + 1/2 cup milk) + 1 carrot (was running on the go so had no time to actually eat a full meal)
S: 1/2 VegaBar
D: Grilled chicken salad with red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and celery
S: Homemade hot chocolate with Stevia and cucumber slices (Not together though! :P)

Exercise: 45 minutes of intense interval spinning
