b - oatmeal with ground flax and almond milk
l - soup
s - smoothie with spinach, plums and ground chia seed with almond milk
s - that's going to be hard, making chicken enchiladas for family
no wine since I'm on antibiotics and I miss my weekend wine
B: egg, turkey sausage and spinach scramble with a little RF cheddar and coffee (splenda and hnh)
S: red peppers and hummus
L: Stuffed Bell Peppers
D: baked mac and cheese (with cauliflower, butternut squash and brown rice pasta and RF cheeses)
