I think I really messed up...I made an asparagus casserole with chicken, asparagus, boiled eggs, and cream of chicken soup mixed with nonfat greek yogurt. I then realized that Cream of anything soup is not phase one. I am only 2 days into Phase 1..do I need to add an extra day to the end of this phase so that I have two clean weeks? It was lower sodium, healthy choice cream of chicken, but the carbs were 12g per serving.
