Hello, Everyone! I'm Amber and I've been on the beach for a week and 2 days. I've lost 6 lbs so far and am feeling great!
As September approaches, I know that for myself, I want to make a mini goal and was hoping others would as well!
My mini weight loss goal is to lose 5lbs. I hope to lose 3 additional lbs on phase 1 and then 5 next month, which would make my weight 136lbs.
My mini exercise goal is to run 4 times a week and run a 5k!
