End of Phase 1 first week and i am six pounds down! I will admit that I fell off the wagon HARD today but I will back on and riding high tomorrow. I am hoping to also get exercise in this week but time will tell.
Good luck!!! This is my 3rd time doing Phase I and I'm hitting that "oh my God, everything smells delicious and I can't eat it" stage. BUT I'm staying strong and staying on the wagon. I'm determined to get down to my goal weight in the next year.
