  • I do my exercise in 10 min increments. It doesn't do much for cardio but it does burn calories and it's the best I can do. My goal is 30 min a day=930 so lets push it to 1,000.

  • Count me in! I was extremely inconsistent last month. Hope to get back on track. Posting for all to see makes me accountable. I'll set my goal later in the week when I am settled.

    So I am restarting my month today and will do my best. I was quite active this week, but not in a traditional exercise way. So here goes....
