Okay so maybe not everyone is going back to school in August but my youngest starts back on August 15th!!!!

My goal for this month is 1300 minutes

Thanks for getting this started. I'm still having some trouble following through on prioritizing exercise. It's good for me to stick with posting updates here so I can get back on track, especially now that I'm getting busier again.
Goal: 1200 minutes 1445/1200 1- 30 m walking 2- 3- 4- 2 h walking, 2h hiking! 5- 75m walking 6- 60m walking 7- 45m walk 8- 90m walk 9- 80m walk 10- 60m walk 11- 30m walk 12- 30m walk 13- 14- 15- 16- 2.5 hour hike (6 miles, mountain) 17- 18- 60m kayak 19- 20- 21- 30m walk 22- 23- 45m walk 24- 15m walk 25-60m hike 26- 60m walk 27- 30m bike, 20m hoop 28- 20m hoop, 10m weights 29- 30- 60m walking 31- 120m walking |
I'm in! But excercise is limited on my bad days so I do the best that I can do.

I do my exercise in 10 min increments. It doesn't do much for cardio but it does burn calories and it's the best I can do. My goal is 30 min a day=930 so lets push it to 1,000.

Count me in! I was extremely inconsistent last month. Hope to get back on track. Posting for all to see makes me accountable. I'll set my goal later in the week when I am settled.
So I am restarting my month today and will do my best. I was quite active this week, but not in a traditional exercise way. So here goes.... Goal: 1060 / 800 10 - 55 minutes Spinerval 10 min core 11 - 55 minutes endurance spinning DVD 10 min core 12 - 45 minutes spinning 20 minutes interval walking/running 13 - 20 minutes interval walking/ running 20 minutes walking 14 - rest 15 - 50 minutes endurance spinning DVD 16 - 45 minutes endurance spinning DVD 17 - 45 minutes endurance spinning DVD 35 min cardio spin 18 - 30 minutes spin and slim Spinning DVD 45 minutes total gym workout 19 - 120 minutes cycling (so happy to ride outdoors) 20 - rest 21 - rest 22 - 105 minutes spinning 23 - 30 minutes spinning 24 - 45 minutes endurance spinning 25 - 45 minutes endurance spinning 26 - rest 27 - 45 minutes cardio spinning 28 - 60 minutes energy ride spinning DVD 29 - 45 minutes cardio spinning 30 - 30 minutes interval spinning 31 - 45 minutes endurance spinning |

My goal for this month is 6 days a week, at least 30 minutes. 1-Day 3 of C25k (which I started on 7-29). (30 minutes) 2-Step/walk intervals (I use the C25K timer and alternate between walking in place and on/off an aerobics step) (30) 3-Week 2, Day 1 of C25K (30) 4-10 minutes standing abs, 20 minutes yoga (Xbox My Shape) 5-Week 2, Day 2 C25K (30) 6-Step/walk intervals (30) 7-Zumba (40) 8-20 minute walk |
