I try not too, but sometimes they are the best worst option. I do like the 100 cal dark chocolate soy nuts. For dessert I like adding them to FF Greek yogurt. For me when I eat any bar, I want more lol
I only use bars when I travel and I look for the best combination of high fiber and protein and low carbs and sugar, regardless of brans. I don't keep them around otherwise because I will snack on those instead of healthier, whole food options.
