I just ended the first week of phase one, and I dropped nearly 10 pounds. I find this phase to be extremely easy even though I'm a starch and dairy hog, so it was hard for the first couple of days.
[Not counting the mood swings.]
But I've found reciepes that go with the south beach phase 1 diet, and I'm really liking it. I'm hoping to keep it up for another 3 weeks and then ease into phase 2. Not too sure yet.
