Okay, so I listened to the book on tape last year, and have procrastinated about starting this diet since then. Is there maybe a condensed version of the book I can refer back to? I really don't wanna re-read it. Or can I just get by with the food list? I understand the concept behind the diet, getting rid of the cravings and everything.
I can only speak for myself, having the book (or on a tablet) is very helpful to me. I still refer to the food lists and recipes. Also, sometimes I find I need little reminders on how much dairy I should be consuming. This forum has a lot o good tools too.
