I just decided to set my goal at exercising MOST days, 75% of them, which equals 26 days. Hopefully more, but I already missed yesterday so no sense in setting my goal at 31!
I'm basically in Phase 1 for the first two weeks so I am slightly concerned about how much I will be able to do. Whatever - I can always just WALK. I have been so lazy recently that I would even count a 10-minute walk...
I am also going to try planning out a week in advance to see if that helps.

I gave up on tracking exercise this month as I was focusing on tweaking my diet. Apparently can't get it together enough to do both at the same time
