Thank you Pearlrose for starting this! My exercise goal, as it has been for a long time, is some sort of workout routine 5 to 7 times a week.

My goal is to keep going on the Couch to 5K running plan, with allowances for doing each week twice. I'd hoped to be at week 5 by now, but I'm going to do one more week three run. So for now - I'll say run 3x's each week.

I just decided to set my goal at exercising MOST days, 75% of them, which equals 26 days. Hopefully more, but I already missed yesterday so no sense in setting my goal at 31!

I'm basically in Phase 1 for the first two weeks so I am slightly concerned about how much I will be able to do. Whatever - I can always just WALK. I have been so lazy recently that I would even count a 10-minute walk...

I am also going to try planning out a week in advance to see if that helps.

GOAL: 26 days of *some* physical activity
Current: 5 days

I gave up on tracking exercise this month as I was focusing on tweaking my diet. Apparently can't get it together enough to do both at the same time
