Question Does this food sound phase 1 freindly?

I have been reading the book and on here this past week and I "think" I have the right idea. Right now I am obsessing over if my food is okay or not. So I have bought some foods to help this first week and am wondering if you guys can help me decide if I am in the right direction.

Okay foods I bought:
Extra virgin olive oil
Ricotta-skim
Fat free plain yogurt
Hummus
Sugar free coffee creamer
Low Fat cheese (This was much harder to find at the store than I thought it would be)
Container organic romaine hearts
Container organic baby spinach
Neufchatel cheese
Natural peanut butter
Lettuce
Beans (different kinds)
Eggs
Turkey bacon and sausage
Turkey lunch meat (low sodium/ baked)
Turkey pepperoni
Chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
Egg plant
Squash
Zucchini
Green peppers
Onions

I was really lucky because my grocer had all of the veggies I needed/wanted on a HUGE 10 for 10 sale this week..I was excited

Anyway tomorrow I wanted to start my day like this:

Breakfast with an egg fritata with egg, green pepper, onion and turkey sausage..is salsa okay to put on top of that? Also coffee.

Snack
would be turkey, hummus and romaine lettuce roll up, water

Lunch
beans and salad with 1 piece LF cheese, decaf tea

Snack natural peanut butter and celery, water

Dinner
will be grilled chicken breast, salad and decaf iced tea or diet soda

Dessert/snack I wanna try one of the ricotta recipes, water

Looks great to me! The only thing I would say - next time buy part skim Ricotta - not Fat Free. They put starchy fillers in the fat free to make it work, so from a South Beach (and whole foods) perspective - the part skim is a better deal. That's a switch when coming off Weight watchers! The part-skim also has a much better texture for the Ricotta desserts - especially if you have one of those mini food processors. Hmmm - getting some ricotta when I go to the store today

It all looks good except for the SF coffee creamer. Check the ingredients on that one; I've never seen one that is totally SBD compliant. A suggestion would be to use FF Half & Half and a SF flavored syrup (such as DaVinci or Torani) for the same, but much healthier, results.

And yes, you may have salsa, as long as it has less than 2 grams of sugar per serving.

as for the salsa, Id check the ingredients to see if there is added sugar..... its quite easy to make your own, if you want to be phase one perfect.
But for me personally, I add maybe a tablespoon of the stuff (2 tble spoons at most) so I don't really mind using the store bought.

The daily plan looks a o.k. to me, but if you find you are getting hungry you may want to up the veggies at meal time.... do a salad plus a side of broccoli (or whatever veggie you prefer)

Thats my opinion anyways
Best of luck, and keep in mind, in my expirence, phase 1 is easy peasy as long as you remember to be creative and think outside the box.
