hi everyone
I was hoping no one would mind if i hang out in here? Im not on SBD but i am on WW Core which is is extremely simlar to SBD p 2.

You are very welcome to hang out here, but please keep in mind the guidelines of the South Beach Diet, especially when giving advice to any Beacher who needs help.

Hey there! I remember the WW core program - they don't support that anymore, do they? I thought it was pretty much a whole foods diet - whole grains, no processed grains kind of thing. But free fruits...and low fat, I'm thinking?
