I've had a lot of success on South Beach in the past. Recently, I've gotten interested in the primal/paleo way of eating, and while I'm more relaxed with saturated fats than the typical South Beach way of eating, I really like the structure of the phases.
I've gained a few pounds (maybe 7?) since I started working a year ago - all my college friends joke about our new "office bods," haha. Well, starting tomorrow, I'm back on the P1 boat!
Goals for this week:
1. P1 all week (minus one planned glass of wine on Saturday)
2. 64oz water, no Diet Coke
3. Three+ workouts (Crossfit, run, Taebo, etc.)
I'm planning on taking undies pictures every Tuesday morning and saving them on my phone... should be pretty motivating.
