Hey to all my old friends and new friends on this board who I haven't yet met (but look forward to getting to know). I'm checking back in to say hi to everyone. I've been doing really well, I feel good about my body and where I am with my weight. I haven't weighed myself since I left this board but everything fits the same, so I imagine I'm still between 160 and 165.
Since I left, I've been practicing 'intuitive eating' but my intuition seems to be telling me to eat Pringles a little too often!
I need to monitor my diet a bit not for weight loss but because once I started going crazy with the carbs again my blood pressure went up, so I need to watch that. Plus I like to diary my food and exercise anyway and I miss everyone, so I'm going to return and I missed the daily thread a lot.
Not much else new here, we're all good in my family, work is good, my spiritual life is good, my feelings about my body are good and all is good. Look forward to hearing everyone's news again and checking in each day. I missed my South Beach friends!!
