I hope you are all well!
I started SB almost exactly a year ago, lost 37 lbs, and have been enjoying P3 for the past 6 months. Bad news is, I was only halfway to my goal and should not have been doing P3. Good news is, maintenance works! Only gained 7 lbs back and have kept a steady weight for that time. So I know at least 30 lbs is gone for good.
I blame not posting/lurking here everyday for excuses to slowly but surely make their way back into my diet. Small things like "Oh it says whole wheat on the menu, I'll believe them" (if you ever check, its almost always not whole wheat, but "wheat flour"), and "Full fat cheese at least doesn't have the chemicals!" And I wonder if I was having too many grains. "They are so good for you!", I'd say.
I think I might have forgotten some of the rules/know-how and am planning on reading the book again, just to ensure I'm full fledged JAZZED and an expert again. It is the best way of life, and I'm excited to get back on the band wagon. I'm even more excited to be back at 3FC! I see some new faces, and I look forward to going through this journey together.
