dangit! no sugar free creamer?
 

I just restarted FOR REAL Southbeach. and have to have my coffee. I stopped by the big gro store and they did not have any sf creamer... i had to settle for fat free. with its sugar and carb. sooo disappointed...

There are all sorts of nasty ingredients in all versions of commercial creamer.

I used to just use powdered milk and stevia. Easty peasy.

I used to be one of those that would go thru a creamer container within a week (how many calories was that?!?!), I'd have as much creamer as coffee!

Now, I drink it with skim only. I've weaned myself off the sugar! I've even had it black occasionally (when there was no creamer of any sort, and it's not bad black when it's cold coffee).

Anyway...you might find eventually you won't need the sugar anymore. Crazy, eh?

You don't have to settle at all - make your own with half-and-half and SF syrup. Or just use milk. Or half and half.
