All - just finishing up week one, phase one. At one point during the week I was down 3 lbs from my start, but somehow 2 have managed to creep back on. Obviously, I'm not doing something right. My daughter is down 8 lbs, so I don't think it's my cooking! I'm 53 and menopausal, so I don't think it's hormonal. Does anyone have suggestions on how to help budge the darned scale?
