Haha, I went on vacation back home and my mom kept feeding all sorts of yummy non-SBD friendly stuff (though she was good with main meals most of the time, there were a lot of unhealthy snacks/treats!).
But yeah, doing a few days of phase 1 and now I feel in control of my cravings again
